Hi, I’m Markus

Yoga Teacher & Mindfulness Guide

I guide people toward stillness through movement, breath and intentional living. My approach centres on accessibility, authenticity and real transformation — never quick fixes. Koh Phangan is my home base, and this summer I’m teaching in person at the Chiemsee.
